We regularly grow peppers in our greenhouse because this is a great crop to test out products on. For this test, we cultivated peppers on a mixture of Janeco-Light-Mix and Worm-Delight (ratio 80/20).
Janeco-Light-Mix is a quality substrate made up of several types of turf, enriched with perlite. These various kinds of turf are great to support the growth of your plants while perlite improves the distribution of water and keeps the substrate airy and rich with oxygen.
Worm Delight is a soil conditioner based on worm manure, containing many micro-organisms, nutrients and organic substances, all contributing to a healthy root environment.
To obtain a biological balance in the substrate, we added B’Cuzz Soil A+B. This is a balanced out mineral nourishment that contains all the necessary nutrients to support the entire growth cycle. Soil A+B are the basic ingredient to get great growing results on soil substrates like the Janeco-Light-Mix.
B’Cuzz Soil A&B are universal nutrients that can be used for many vegetables, fruits and herbs like zucchini or beans, and houseplants like the Delphinium. Experienced growers can measure the required dosage per plant, based on the NPK-values.
Take a look at the pictures to see how the growth test has gone and what results we had with these substrates and nutrition.
